Young French-trained chefs Kaan Sakarya and Aylin Yazıcıoğlu have quickly earned a reputation as among the best in town since opening Nicole atop the Tomtom Suites. Their prix-fixe menu of what they describe as “Mediterranean flavors with modern presentation” changes every six weeks or so based on seasonal ingredients they find at local markets. With boutique Turkish wines featuring prominently on the wine list and a stunning view from the dining room, Nicole is popular among locals for special occasions.
