Young French-trained chefs Kaan Sakarya and Aylin Yazıcıoğlu have quickly earned a reputation as among the best in town since opening Nicole atop the Tomtom Suites. Their prix-fixe menu of what they describe as “Mediterranean flavors with modern presentation” changes every six weeks or so based on seasonal ingredients they find at local markets.
