Swiss celebrity chef Armin Amrein helms the kitchen at this innovative Michelin-starred eatery, by far the most sophisticated place to dine in (surprisingly) restaurant-challenged Davos. The restaurant is connected to the Escher Raumdesign modern interior design showroom and reflects its sleek, sophisticated look in its lighting and designer furniture. Tasting menus, which change every few weeks, range from four to seven courses; for those with smaller palettes, an abbreviated menu of three courses is available at lunch on weekdays and Sunday. Diners can also opt to order Amrein's "classic" creations à la carte, or swap dishes they like into their tasting menus. The fabulous wine selection emphasizes local Bündner and other Swiss wines.
