Come for sunset cocktails on the observation deck and stay for the ultrafresh food at this contemporary restaurant set on the beautifully landscaped grounds of an 18th-century guesthouse. The chef's creative menu is built around locally grown fruits and vegetables and freshly caught seafood. A great example is the Caribbean lobster tail stuffed with scallops, shrimp, and crab with locally grown greens like arugula in a side salad. Brioche French toast is a weekend brunch favorite.
