With a large fresh-produce section, bakery, gourmet deli, and extensive meat counter, Provo's largest supermarket has everything you're looking for. The most consistently well-stocked store on the island carries known brands from the United Kingdom and North America, as well as a good selection of other international foods, plus prepared items such as rotisserie chicken and pizza. There's also an excellent selection of wine, beers, and spirits (no alcohol sales on Sundays). Expect higher prices than back home.

When the IGA is out of stock, this fairly typical small-town-style grocery store can sometimes fill the gaps. There, you can also find food items from other neighboring islands like the Dominican Republic and Haiti as well as places further away, such as the Philippines. 

With a wide selection of books and magazines, this is the place to go to supplement your beach-reading stock or if you're looking for island-specific materials. There is also a large children's section with crafts, games, and art supplies. If you want to be sure to find your selection there, call ahead, as they will order it in for you.
