6 Best Shopping in Turks and Caicos Islands

The Market

Fodor's choice

The Market prides itself on offering high-end gourmet and organic items, including a wide selection of fresh produce, international items, gourmet coffees and teas, dry goods, wine, beer, and spirits, as well as a range of smoothies and juices. While you're there, check out their café-style deli. You can grab a quick bite to eat and then pick up your shopping while enjoying a wonderful cappuccino. This is much more than convenience for those staying in the Leeward area. It's also the perfect spot for picking up specialty items that you may not find anywhere else on the island and where you can create a lovely picnic to take out on a boat trip leaving from right in front of the Market's door.

Graceway Gourmet

The Grace Bay branch of Provo's largest supermarket is likely to have what you're looking for, including a selection of nice wines and beers. Walkable from many of the resorts, it's especially popular for its prepared foods, which can be taken back and quickly reheated in your condo's kitchen when you don't feel like cooking from scratch or heading out to eat. You will also find it's a good stop for inexpensive beach toys; there's a separate little shop for them just inside the door.
