4 Best Nightlife in Bermuda

Frog & Onion Pub

Fodor's choice

This place serves a splendid variety of down-to-earth pub fare in a dark wood and stone setting. If you're spending the day at Dockyard, it's a great place to get out of the sun and try a Bermuda Rum Swizzle or sample a flight of Bermudian-brewed beers. There's a weekly quiz night as well as live performances on Monday night, and karaoke starts at 10 pm on Thursday.

Port O Call

Fodor's choice

While this restaurant is known for its elegant interior and modern take on European fare, on Friday nights this is where the after-work crowd goes to unwind with a glass of wine before heading along Front Street for a late-night bar crawl. The international wine list has abundant choices.

The Dog House

Fodor's choice

With a wall of doors that open up on to Front Street, one of the widest selections of beers on the island, and multiple large television screens around the room, the Dog House is pretty much "where we all end up," and it's a very happy place. Along with a great beer selection, there are various cocktails on offer, and bar snacks are served until 10 pm. Multiple DJs play mostly R&B, soca, and Top 40 hits; during the summer DJs take over upstairs at the sister event space, Cafe Cairo. On weekends, the place is packed with late-night revelers.

The Front Yard

Fodor's choice

This open air bar along a busy part of Front Street is the perfect laidback venue to stop during the day for a cold beer or frosty cocktail. When the sun goes down and the string lights are alight, it's also the place to come for an upbeat evening with music and, often, dancing under the stars. The Front Yard also shows plenty of popular sports, and the on-site food truck, Generosa's, selling bar snacks and burgers.
