The latest Rio venture from the high-profile Brazilian chef Felipe Bronze sees him apply his culinary wizardry to traditional boteco cuisine. The down-to-earth design features white walls and standard-issue boteco tables and chairs. But the food that emerges from the open kitchen is anything but standard.
