Estádio Mineirão/Museu Brasileiro de Futebol. Belo Horizonte natives are crazy about football. A running joke is that most could walk blindfolded from their home to 75,000-seat Estádio Mineirão, Brazil's third-largest stadium and the home field of BH's two professional futebol (soccer) teams: Atlético Mineiro and Cruzeiro. Expect to pay R$30 and more for tickets to a big game. The on-site Brazilian Football Museum was set up ahead of the 2014 FIFA World Cup as part of the stadium renovations. It offers an interesting collection of memorabilia, as well as the history of mineiro football stars. Guided tours to the stadium take place every hour. Av.
