Brackenridge Golf Course. This historic course was the first inductee of the Texas Golf Hall of Fame. Cedar Creek Course. Enjoy scenic views—and isn't that a big part of what golfing is all about?—while perfecting your swing at this 18-hole, par-72, course in the hills. Hazards include waterways and waterfalls. La Cantera Golf Club. This course was voted the best in San Antonio by readers of both the San Antonio Express-News and the San Antonio Current. The resort course offers views of Six Flags Fiesta Texas as well as the Texas Hill Country, while the signature number 4 on the Arnold Palmer course—designed by the legendary golfer—requires a long carry over a waterfall-fed lake at the lip of the green. Quarry Golf Club. The front nine here plays like a links-style course, with no trees and an ever-present breeze to deal with.
