2 Best Shopping in Custer, Mt. Rushmore and the Black Hills

A local cooperative of artists and artisans displays and sells paintings, jewelry, furniture, pottery, glass, quilts, photography, and other items. The work on display ranges from simplistic to sublime, with art and photography subjects including local wildlife, landscapes, and Native American themes.

The name does not encompass the breadth of items sold in this fashionable, downtown Custer shop. There's jewelry—much of it turquoise and Western-themed. There's also home decor, a boutique clothing section, and a rock shop selling gems, fossils, and crystals. You can even grab a hot or cold drink at a coffee bar inside the shop.
