Fodor's Expert Review Jeremiah's
Editor's Note: This location is no longer in operation.
Just across the road from the world's longest covered bridge, this fine restaurant occupies a stunning renovation of an 1892 church. Original features have been matched with chic modern fittings and color schemes, and there's an excellent private room downstairs for meetings or parties. Lunchtime offerings (served 11 am to 5 pm) include freshly made soups, salads, sandwiches, and light meals, while the evening menu features such dishes as seafood risotto with fennel, lemon-and-tomato beurre blanc, Portuguese Steak-on-a-Stone, or pork tenderloin painted with lavender honey. Reservations are required for dinner. The lunch menu runs all day on Sunday.
