This place, across from Parque Hidalgo, is open daily from noon to 6 am for stop-and-go drinks, mainly litros (34-ounce tequila sunrises), Long Island ice teas, piña coladas, and the like. The upstairs bar plays '70s, '80s, and lounge music, making it popular with an older set, foreign and domestic.
