This is a wonderful little shop for the artisanal food specialties of Mallorca: sobrasada of black pork, cured sausages called "fuet", cheeses, jams, honeys, and preserves.

This artisanal cheese factory and agriturismo is a great place to buy the tangy, Parmesan-like Mahón cheese. Most weekdays you can watch the cheese being made, and guided tours (by reservation  [email protected]; €8) are available at least once a day. As well as a shop (which is only open during said tours), the beautiful grounds boast a small vineyard, a sculpture garden and a botanical garden, and the island's only cheese-focused museum, featuring aging chambers and all manner of implements.
