Several nearby countries that share the Black Sea with Russia have weekly ferries, speed boats, and catamarans arriving at the Sochi Seaport Terminal. There are several boats from the Turkish city of Trabzon, the trip takes about 4.5 hours and costs from 3500R to 5000R. A boat leaving from the neighboring Georgian city of Batumi takes about 4.5 hours and costs 4000R. The Sochi-Gagra (Abkhazia) high-speed catamaran takes about an hour and costs from 400R to 1000R.
