Boat and Ferry

From the city of Setúbal, Atlantic Ferries provides 24-hour service for passengers and cars via ferry and catamaran from Setubal's bay across to the Tróia Peninsula where white sand beaches stretch all the way down to the Alentejo. The comfortable catamaran (€7.20 per person) takes 15 minutes, and the car ferry (€5.20 per person, €15.60 per car) takes 25 minutes. The return journey is free.
