"From the Market" certainly lives up to its name: each dish of the seasonal three- (€42), four- (€52), five- (€63), or six- (€72) course menus is made from fresh and often organic ingredients, including plenty of delicious vegetables; those with smaller appetites can also order à la carte. Colorful presentations might include lamb with purple potatoes, parsnips, mushrooms, and kale or sea bass served with pearl barley, multicolor carrots, and scallops.
