South Iceland. The main tourist information office for the south of Iceland is headquartered in the town of Hveragerði, in the same building as the library. The center also houses an earthquake exhibition where you can view a large crack, visible through a glass section in the floor, that formed during the earthquake which rocked the town in 2008.
