Taxi

In Dubrovnik, there are taxi ranks at the main bus station and the airport, just outside the city walls at Pile Gate and Ploče Gate, in front of Gruž harbor, and in Lapad. It isn't possible to hail a taxi on the street; you must go to the rank or call to order one. Most taxi stands post authorized prices; a taxi to the airport costs 280 Kn. Uber is also very popular in Dubrovnik.
