Everything in this red-walled and warmly atmospheric trattoria is the real deal, making it a delighful respite from busy Calle San Francisco. The calamari friti is a great starter, and standout entrees include the linguine alla pescatora with assorted seafood in a light pomodoro sauce and the filet mignon risotto. The plates of pasta are huge, so you might want to consider their still-generous half-order. Thin crust, Neapolitan-style pizzas are also available, and the braised osso buco with creamy polenta and baked tomatoes is a house specialty. Save room for—what else?—a tasty tiramisu or chocolate mousse. There's also a small but carefully edited wine list and a revamped cocktail menu.
