Dining options range widely between haute cuisine and "down-home" tasty local specialties. For casual sophistication, opt for Kamalame Cay on Andros, Carriearl Restaurant on Great Harbour Cay, and Sabor at Resorts World Bimini. Most others serve Bahamian fare—fresh fish and lobster, grilled chicken, cracked (deep-fried) conch, and BBQ or fried pork with native sides (coleslaw, peas ’n' rice, and mac ‘n’ cheese).
