Fodor's Expert Review Hill Station Signature Restaurant

By far the most imaginative dining option in Sapa, the Hill Station Signature Restaurant combines European design sensibilities with hill-tribe (mostly H'mong) cuisine. Opened by Danish friends Soren and Tommy, the attractive venue is a cut above the rather average establishments found elsewhere. A range of set menus are available, or choose dishes such as homemade tofu, fresh river trout, and smoked buffalo from the à la carte options.
