Why We Like It
One of the best aspects of this hotel is the size of the rooms at an incredibly reasonable price point. You’ll be hard-pressed to find suites with kitchenettes and living rooms for less. Beyond the sizable rooms, the rooftop pool is a delight and the location is central to tons of shopping, eating, and drinking spots. What really makes this hotel sing, however, is the Punjab Grill--in a sea of Indian eateries, Punjab differentiates itself as a fine-dining establishment with one-of-a-kind dishes. Great for families or business travelers, there is lots to love at this Radisson.

Tucked away on a congested stretch of road, the Radisson is a nearly all-suite property with a bevy of great amenities and one of the best Indian restaurants in Bangkok. Here, guests will find budget-friendly, and very spacious rooms, a solid massage parlor, infinity pool, and multiple dining and drinking options. Location-wise, the hotel is in a bustling area, and you’re never more than a few minutes from amazing restaurants, bars, shopping, and more.
You Should Know Repairs on the road outside the hotel seem to have gone on for years. As of this writing, it was being fixed--our fingers are crossed.

Room
Incredibly spacious rooms are simply designed with earthy tones of browns and oranges. Suites feature kitchenettes, a living room, dining area, and have two TVs. All rooms come with complimentary water, tea and coffee makers, and comfy slippers you can take home with you.
Bathroom
Standard bathrooms only have showers, while suites (which make up 80% of the hotel) come with large tubs, separate rain showers, and Rituals bath products.
Lobby
There isn’t much of a hangout area in the lobby but off to each side are different dining and drinking outlets and places to relax during the day.
Pool
On the 8th floor rooftop is the pool and separate Jacuzzi tub. The orange-tiled infinity watering hole is surrounded by loungers and an AstroTurf deck that’s underutilized. There’s al fresco casual dining by the pool, as well as signature cocktails and fresh-squeezed juices.
Spa
Suntaree Massage is a minuscule parlor that only offers massage services in addition to manicures and pedicures.
Gym
The gym is blanketed with red, rubber mats and has a variety of cardio machines and free weights. You won’t find any classes here, but there’s plenty of equipment for a complete workout.
Dining
There is daytime dining at Mauve and at Asqu with a variety of international fare, but the crown jewel of the hotel is Punjab Grill. This award-winning Indian restaurant serves some of the city’s finest Punjabi cuisine in a chic and refined atmosphere.
Tip There’s a Sunday brunch from noon to 3 p.m. and a live singing Indian duet six nights a week.
Drinking
Punjab Grill has a solid bar, but if you want a little less refinement and a little more action, check out Asqu, a favorite of locals for watching sports and with a decent happy hour from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Getting Around
Sukhumvit 13 is an always trafficky, an endlessly repaired road that’s surrounded by hotels, salons, restaurants, and bars. It’s a bustling and busy stretch and gives you the sense of Bangkok’s chaos in good, bad, and ugly ways. There is never a shortage of taxis flying through this street, but it’s also easy to walk to just about anything you might want or need. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the Nana BTS Skytrain station or the Sukhumvit subway stop, both of which can get you around the city in a hurry.
Restaurants
Cabbages and Condoms (13-minute walk) is a Thai restaurant that is dedicated to helping the country with sex education--they also donate profits to the cause. For incredible Korean barbecue, head to Korea Town Plaza (5-minute walk) and take your pick among dozens of options.
Bars
Above Eleven Bar (8-minute walk) is a stunning rooftop bar that has creative cocktails and small bites. Mullies Irish Pub (5-minute walk) is a solid spot for cheap pints, fish & chips, and sports.
