Once a place to avoid, this neighborhood is buzzing with art galleries, indie boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants, rooftop bars, and apartments. Vendors display their wares (paintings, batik tablecloths, beadwork, and souvenirs) along the main stretch of the street.
