Safed Craft Pottery

Creative stoneware, porcelain, and ceramics can be found in Daniel Flatauer's studio and shop in the Old City. His salt-fire glazes are especially worth noting. The artist, who came to Tzfat from England, is welcoming and helpful.

Sheva Chaya Glassblowing Gallery

Colorado-born Sheva Chaya's blown-glass sculptures and vibrant watercolors are meant to evoke the beauty of the land and its people. The artist offers demonstrations of her work and explains how it relates to Kabbalah, but you can also just poke around her studio.
