Although you can order dishes à la carte, it's better to opt for the prix-fixe menu, which will allow you to try more dishes for a lower price. The menu is small but varied, and the servings are abundant and well-choreographed: in particular, try the cebiche tipo tartare and the yummy muslo de cuy, the local guinea pig, glazed in honey and garlic.
