There's not a more elegant dining room in the city than Perroquet, tucked away in the Country Club Lima Hotel, and the inventive selection of Peruvian and Continental cuisine is on par with the setting. The main room features upholstered chairs, polished crystal, and china, and on the terrace are brass chandeliers. Try the lamb shank roasted in red wine, the artichoke ravioli, or the lemony corvina (sea bass) served atop mashed corn.
