Restaurants

Although many of the restaurants in Cusco and the Sacred Valley have stuck to the same old menus—variations on traditional Peruvian cuisine or often poorly executed standards such as pizza and burritos—this has been continually changing. The valley is still lagging behind in this area, but both have been adding more and more first-rate fusion as well as international restaurants to their mix. You may not find either place to be as before, but what you will pay for a gourmet meal at a place like MAP Café is far less than you would pay at its equivalent in New York or Los Angeles, and the food will be just as good.
