1. El Tesoro Parque Comercial
Medellín's glitziest new shopping mall, El Tesoro is packed to the gills with brand-name stores like Diesel, L'Occitane, Calvin Klein, and Adidas—although local fashion brands are the standouts. There are also plenty of dining and nightlife options; Cuzco is good for dinner, and there's the ever-present Crepes and Waffles for a sweet treat. The views of the city make the taxi ride out well worthwhile.

Shopping Centers/MallsOpened in 2011, this is one of the city's newest shopping areas, and it's home to some of Medellín's best nightlife. Head to the seventh floor for clubbing at Kukaramakara and be sure to check out the rooftop bar, Delaire Sky Lounge. There are a handful of boutique shops, but less variety than in the larger El Tesoro.
