Set right on the beach, Miss Elma's has one of the best locations in Fresh Water Bay. Like most places in town, room furnishings are the bare minimum, but beds are comfortable, the a/c works well, and there's plenty of space to spread out. The restaurant serves great seafood and has unbeatable views, particularly at sunset.
