Sernatur, Chile's national tourism agency has offices in Punta Arenas and in Puerto Natales (www.sernatur.cl). You can also try the helpful folks at the Punta Arenas City Tourism Office, in an attractive kiosk (with free Internet) in the main square. Sometimes they offer last-minute specials to fill remaining seats on popular tours. Ask for complete printouts of transportation timetables; information sometimes changes on short notice.
