The most helpful contact is the São Paulo Convention and Visitors Bureau, open weekdays from 9 to 6. Branches of the city-operated São Paulo Turismo are open daily from 9 to 6. The Secretaria de Turismo do Estado de São Paulo, open weekdays from 9 to 6, is less helpful, but has maps and information about the city and state of São Paulo. The Secretaria also has a booth at the arrivals terminal in Guarulhos airport; it's open daily from 9 am to 10 pm.
