Fodor's Expert Review Quadrifoglio
Editor's Note: This location is no longer in operation.
Many locals consider cozy Quadrifoglio to be Rio's best Italian restaurant. The restaurant has been around since 1991, and the service and the food are impeccable, the former perhaps because much of the original waitstaff still works here. Standout starters include a comforting white bean soup with shrimp, and a salad of arugula, goat cheese, walnuts, and pear in a balsamic reduction, while the potato gnocchi with steak and porcini mushrooms is one of many stellar mains. Ice cream with baked figs is among the justly famous desserts.
