El Rastro Peña is an auditorium-like dining hall in the Mercado Artesanal—that is, until the lights dim and the beat of a drum, the warble of quenas (bamboo flutes), and the strumming of a guitar begin. National folk groups appear regularly. Shows start at 10:30 pm, and reservations are advised.
