You can go around the world in six courses at this small private home–cum-restaurant in Bariloche's upscale hillside neighborhood, Barrio Belgrano. Vegetarian Vietnamese rolls, Italian panini, French mushroom gratin, Thai soup, Lebanese baba ghanoush—even Tex-Mex quesadillas make great shared appetizers. Then come the main courses: Moroccon pilaf, Chinese beef with shiitake mushrooms and asparagus, a Brazilian seafood plate, Greek lamb kebab, French grilled trout. Desserts are equally creative concoctions of local berries and chocolate whipped, moussed, meringued, or creped.
