Set in a grand downtown second-empire Victorian home that underwent an ambitious renovation before becoming a B&B, this gracious lodging has seven large, period-furnished rooms with well-designed modern bathrooms; some have private sitting areas or direct access to verandas and the inn's fragrant gardens. Expect hearty breakfasts featuring dishes like peach French toast and artichoke-spinach quiche in the morning. Although centrally located and close to Southern Utah University campus, the inn is on a quiet residential street.
