Fodor's Expert Review The Inn and Cabins at Mt. Peale

In the foothills of the snowcapped La Sal Mountains, this outlying guest ranch features five cozy rooms and four three-bedroom cabins with full kitchens. The hot tub will feel great after a day of snowshoeing (you can rent snowshoes here) or cross-country skiing, or you can call on the inn's massage therapist. Hearty breakfasts of multigrain waffles, fruit, and yogurt will start your day in a healthy way, and dinner is also available with advance notice. The inn owners run an animal sanctuary and healing center adjacent to the lodging facility.
