Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre

This Greenwood Village–based venue has changed names over the years. Most recently it was Comfort Dental Amphitheatre, but now has reverted back to its original Fiddler's Green. While the name keeps changing, the platform remains the same—large outdoor summer concerts. Although many compare this nondescript amphitheater unfavorably to Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre near Morrison, Colorado, regular concertgoers may find Fiddler, with its small details, such as ample parking and individual seating, more comfortable than Red Rocks.

Humphreys Concerts by the Bay

Point Loma

This waterfront, outdoor venue stages intimate shows from big-name national acts from April into October. There's not a bad seat in the house, but those who don't want to pay the sometimes-high ticket prices can catch the concert by renting a canoe or boat and parking it in the adjacent bay for a one-of-a-kind view.
