This elegant beachfront resort is big and sprawling, with modern rooms; it's a popular venue for weddings and other events. All rooms have balconies facing the gulf, and prices rise with each floor. Club Ten guest rooms on the 10th floor offer upgraded linens, down comforters, and huge plasma TVs. Back on ground level, step into the meandering (and heated) grotto pool with a rock waterfall set amid coconut palms and bougainvillea; then have a Balinese massage (or a wildflower compress) at the Spa San Luis. The resort offers free parking for the duration of a cruise as well as transportation to the cruise terminal.
