Island Limousine, headquartered in Nags Head, serves the entire area, including Norfolk International Airport, although its main service area is the Outer Banks. Getting to the airport in a van costs about $160 from Nags Head. Uber and Lyft also are options for getting around the Outer Banks and for transportation to and from airports and ferries.
