Kumar, who really is a rock guitarist, is passionate about melding the flavors of India and Asia with the best seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. The ever-changing menu features curry with local vegetables, a pork and rice bowl with Heritage Farms pork, and tandoori chicken kabob with collards.
