This 1914 Tudor-style home is a product of the Arts and Crafts movement and regionally acclaimed architect Ward Wellington Ward. The house, on a tree-lined street, has hardwood floors, two Mercer-tile fireplaces, and Oriental rugs throughout. One guest room has two queen-size beds and two rooms share a screened-in porch.
