We don’t—which is why we are warning you now.
Fodor's Expert Review
This Park Slope mini hotel has potential—but lack of maintenance and low amenities make it a budget emergency-only option. Even the website is down.

Room
First up, the room themselves are tiny. Little space to walk around the bed. The furniture is highly weathered, scuffed and downright falling apart in some corners, which is what happens when poorly made, inexpensive furniture sees lots of activity (i.e. high turnover). Breakfast is included in the room, however.
Bathroom
Many of the fixtures and caulking is in need of a refurb, especially in the subway tile, glass-enclosed showers.
Lobby
There isn’t much by way of the lobby other than a reception with free wifi.
Dining
Breakfast is served in a simply multi-purpose room, otherwise there is no dining options on premise.
Drinking
None
