Fodor's Expert Review The Hoxton, Williamsburg
97 Wythe Ave., Brooklyn, New York, 11249, USA
Built on the site of a water tower factory, this hipster hotel pays homage to the area’s industrial past, with exposed brick, raw concrete, and steel girders, while nodding to its trendy present with bright, high-ceilinged spaces, quirky fonts and patterns, and two dining spots—Klein’s and the rooftop Laser Wolf. A shop sells Brooklyn items made specially for the hotel by local designers. Guests can opt for a room with a view of Brooklyn or the Manhattan skyline, but everyone gets to wake up to the daily “breakfast bag" ($4), with a Hox Friends' tip on what to see and do.
PROS

- plenty of dining options
