Fodor's Expert Review Valentino

You may eat either lunch or dinner in the casual Grill area of this modern, upscale restaurant, or reserve a table for dinner in the secluded formal dining rooms. Grilled meats, pizza, panini, and lighter fare are served in the former, with pricier a la carte classics and tasting menus offered in the latter. Or watch tourists parade beneath a tremendous, crystal chandelier hanging over the resort's "restaurant row" from the refined front terrace—the perfect spot for espresso and mini-dessert items, or a glass of wine and bit of cheese or carpaccio. The wine book lists an astounding variety of Italian and French brands, ranging from about $45 to several thousand a bottle. Flip to the back for "end of bin" specials.
