Treehouse Lodge
527 Woods Hole Rd., Woods Hole, USA 02543, MAWhy We Like It
Fun and whimsical, yet comfortable and convenient, the Treehouse Lodge is an ideal place to bring the kids, although even the young at heart will love it. The giant Fire Ball in the garden is a popular gathering place in the evening and staff goes out of their way to be helpful. You can easily leave the car and enjoy Woods Hole on foot or by bike. Nice perks like beach buggy rides to the beach and iPads to borrow are a bonus.
Fodor's Expert Review
Formerly the Sleepy Hollow Motor Inn, the mostly renovated Treehouse Lodge (work-in-progress) is a great family-friendly destination. Fun outdoor elements like an enormous fireball (firepit inside a sculpture) and yard games encourage play, while the retro décor in the rooms another era. The Lodge has a beach buggy, which can ferry guests to local beaches upon request.
You Should Know Open seasonally from April through October.
