Shawnee Peak. Just a few miles from Bridgton, Shawnee Peak appeals to families and to those who enjoy nighttime skiing—trails are lighted except most Sundays. Three terrain parks and seven glade areas offer alternatives to trails and downhill runs. The main base lodge has a restaurant with an expansive deck; the smaller East Lodge has a second-floor bunkhouse. Lodging choices also include Shawnee Peak House and a mountaintop yurt and cabin.
