Fodor's Expert Review Lucullus
Editor's Note: This location is no longer in operation.
With a focus on the art of food—preparing it, serving it, and savoring it—Lucellus is named after an ancient Roman known for his luxurious banquets. The store is filled mainly with items from the 18th and 19th centuries: antique French tables, English china, cooking and serving utensils, linens, lighting, food-related art, snuff boxes, and more, including oddities like Lady Sarah Churchill's picnic set. The shop is owned by Patrick Dunne, author of Epicurean Collector.
