Dinner here now requires a full commitment to either a four-course menu ($85) or a seven-course menu ($125). Dishes might include veal sweetbreads with andouille, spicy chili prawns, or butter-poached lobster. For a price, the truly decadent can add wine pairings, caviar, and truffles.
