AL is chef Aaron London, and his place is a sunny, whitewashed corner spot that serves Michelin-starred, vegetable-forward cooking. London's menu changes frequently, but some dishes, like yellow eye bean stew and grits with goat's milk curd and seasonal produce, stick around, and the wine list is packed with some of the world's finest, largely under-the-radar small producers.
