Adjacent to the mall, Horton Plaza Park opened in 2016 as an urban outdoor space with an amphitheater, fountains, and more than 200 events a year. The parking garage is a maze, so make sure to note which level you parked. Horton Plaza offers one hour of free parking between the hours of 5 am and 8 pm, but select retailers offer extended validation. Validation machines are dispersed throughout the mall (no purchase necessary).
